Can I get Hepatitis A from someone that does not have it?

Can I get Hepatitis A from someone that does not have it?My girlfriend and I have been expieramenting sexually. She mentioned that she wanted to try "rimming". I'd seen it done on porn, and agreed to it. The next day I threw up 4 times, and I'm afraid to eat because I dont want to throw up again. I've done a little research, and some cite's say its transmitted fecal-oral from an infected person, while other cites make no reference to the infected person. Does she have to have Hepatitis A for me to get it?

First of all, gross... why would you think that's a good idea? However, a person can be a carrier of hep A, but not exhibit symptoms. You may have contracted it, even though she doesn't have it. It could be any number of things though, so you may want to go see a doctor to make sure though.
