He can't evict you just because of a medical condition. There must be some underlying reason for him to want to do this.

I don't think you're being evicted because you have hepatitis c. I think you're being evicted because of something related to whatever depraved behavior you were engaging in that caused you to catch hepatitis c in the first place.

I would so NO, i have a similar issue were i damage my leg and was out of work for 9 months and had to claim on my landlords insurance. Under the ground that inadequate maintenance of the property could my accident.
