weight gain
headache
extreme fatigue and joint aches (knees).
Muscle ache especially in right leg and right kidney
red tired eyes
itching (different locations)
rash on leg and stomach temporary.
pale.
slight cough.
hunger
mood, mental changes.

4-6 weeks (now)
fatigue lifted, returns (physical exertion)
lymp noids slight enlargement (sometimes).
sometimes pain/ ache right kidney/ leg
raised rash left armpit raised.
pale.
pain outerside underarm feel internal.
symptoms exacerbate (exercise, lack of sleep)
hunger
modd mental changes
skin (dry, shiny)

sexual contact 5 months ago hacking cough for 2 weeks receded over 4 months
3 short flus 1-2 days many people like this here.

overseas (dont speak spanish doctors not good).

Tb negative

enerix b 1,2, 4 weeks after symptoms onset
hiv tests one year ago negative x2.
HIV? Hepatitis B? cancer? diabetes? (feels viral)

Those symptoms can be caused by many different things. If you are truly concerned, the only thing you can do to know for sure is to get tested. A doctor should be able to help you figure your symptoms out too.

you need to have a mono/Epstein Barr & thyroid antibodies test. I had these symptoms & it was an autoimmune attack on my thyroid. Hashimotos Disease...Look it up.
Although it could be worse, it could just be an infection of sorts, but sounds like hashi's to me. Demand antibody test NOT TSH T4 Garbage!
