Usually, that indicates a problem with your gall bladder. It'd be worth checking into.

In and of itself, it means little. It can suggest many things. It doesn't always mean liver disease. Even certain drugs can elevate enzymes. These are tests that require additional diagnostics and appropriate interpretation to verify a diagnosis. In other words, speak to your doctor. You cannot get an online diagnosis.

It depends on ALT or AST elevation, but depending on the severity of the elevation it can vary. It my be an adverse reaction to OTC meds like Tylenol, or signs of damage. Have it rechecked with a Hep screen to rule out hepatitis. Hopefully it is something that you ingested that has altered your score. Probably no need for real alarm. Alcohol is usually a culprit

Elevated liver enzymes mean that your liver is either not functioning fully or that it is inundated with too much to process. I recently had elevated levels due to taking a lot of Advil over a prolonged period of time. Most people associate it with alcoholism or hepatitis C. From what I understand, elevated in the 100's is OK and will reverse on its own if caused by an outside source which is removed. Levels in the 1000's need a doctors attention.
